We remove your old roofing material down to the deck, inspect the decking for rot or damage, and handle all disposal. Nothing gets left behind on your property.
Decking Repair (Where Needed)
If we find damaged decking underneath — which is common on older roofs — we'll show you the photos, explain the repair, and add it to your quote with full transparency. No surprise charges on the day.
Underlayment & Ice/Water Shield
Before a single shingle goes down, we install a high-quality underlayment and ice/water barrier in the vulnerable areas — valleys, eaves, and penetrations. This is what keeps your home protected even if a shingle ever lifts.
Premium Shingle Installation
We install architectural and dimensional shingles from leading manufacturers including GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed. Every shingle is fastened to manufacturer specifications — not rushed, not cut short.
Clean Ridge Cap & Flashing
Ridge caps are hand-cut and nailed for a tight, clean finish. All flashing around chimneys, vents, skylights, and walls is replaced or resealed — these are the most common leak points and we don't skip them.
Full Magnet Sweep & Site Cleanup
After every job, our crew does a complete magnet sweep of your driveway, lawn, and surrounding areas to collect nails. We haul off all debris the same day. Your yard will look cleaner than before we arrived.
