Valley Repair
Roof valleys — where two roof slopes meet — channel large volumes of water and are prone to wear and failure. Valley repairs involve removing the old material, inspecting the decking underneath, and installing new valley flashing or shingles properly integrated with the surrounding roof.

Pipe Boot & Vent Seal Replacement
The rubber boots around plumbing vents crack and shrink over time — typically within 10–15 years. This is one of the most common and most overlooked leak sources on residential roofs. A boot replacement takes under an hour and completely eliminates that point of entry.

Soffit, Fascia & Drip Edge Repair
Rotted fascia boards and damaged soffit panels allow water and pests into your roof structure. We repair or replace damaged wood components and install proper drip edge to direct water away from the fascia.

Skylight Leak Repair
Skylight leaks are almost never the skylight itself — they're almost always the flashing around it. We reseal and refit skylight flashing before recommending any skylight replacement.

Gutter Realignment & Leak Points
Gutters pulling away from the fascia, clogged downspouts, and improper slope all cause water to back up under the drip edge. We address gutter-related water intrusion as part of our repair scope.
